The IDEALSPATEN Nursery Spade sits at the pinnacle of German garden tool finesse. IDEAL spades are manufactured in a traditional and handcrafted process. Eight craftsmen produce a spade of the highest quality from a steel block in up to 20 work steps. This spade features a self-sharpening blade due to it being rolled conically and is specially hardened for specialist clearing work and extensive planting operations. Another special feature: the spade blade and the double spring are not welded together, but consist of a single piece of steel. This guarantees a particularly high loading capacity. The extra heavy-duty handle is further reinforced with the reinforcement ring.
