The IDEALSPATEN gardening spade is self-sharpening and suited for all-round tasks in medium firm soils. IDEAL spades are manufactured in a traditional and handcrafted process. Eight craftsmen produce a spade of the highest quality from a steel block in up to 20 work steps. This spade features a self-sharpening blade due to it being rolled conically and is specially hardened for specialist clearing work and extensive planting operations. Another special feature: the spade blade and the double spring are not welded together, but consist of a single piece of steel.
