This project commenced in mid 2017 with completion in late 2017. Citygreen Stratacell 60 Series were used in areas where 6 native Pohutakawa & Puriri Trees were planted beside the roadway in a footpath area.
The street upgrade has vastly improved the atmosphere of this area which now has a vibrant feel thanks to the smaller native plantings such as Cabbage Trees (Cordyline australis) in the raingardens and the larger Pohutakawa & Puriri trees.
