Polywater Hot Stick Cleaner & Water Repellant Wipe

Single use S1 wipe by Polywater that cleans and protects Hot Sticks and Layup Sticks, and helps prevent a continuous water film on the stick in wet weather.  A 'must have' when you are maintaining your Safety Sticks including Jameson Foam Filled Fibreglass Poles.

MetroGreen strongly recommends that you have a maintenance program for your Jameson Foam Filled Poles.  This includes regularly cleaning the poles down using the S1 Polywater wipes at least once a month.  You should also wipe the poles after every use using the Hastings Silicone Treated Wiping Cloth.  This gives the poles a coating that will stop the water from forming a continuous film on the pole in wet weather.  We also recommend that you dry the poles in a warm dry room for 24 hours at least once a week.  Moisture can creep into anywhere despite the best of care and by carrying out this maintenance, you will be assured of improved longevity of the poles especially when they have their 6 monthly electrical tests.
