Petzl Chicane

The Petzl Chicane allows you to use the Petzl ZigZag (including the 2018 model Petzl ZigZag) and the Petzl ZigZag Plus for SRT (Single Rope Technique). The Chicane works as an auxiliary brake, providing constant additional friction ensuring a smooth ride during descent. The ergonomic handle offers excellent grip during ascent and facilitates fluid movement while limb walking. The openable side plate allows for quick and easy midline attachment. The Chicane must be connected to the ZigZag and ZigZag Plus using a Petzl OK or Petzl Am'D carabiner. CE Certified to run on EN1891A climbing lines, 11.5mm to 13mm in diameter.
